IEEE International Conference on Microelectronic Test Structures
About ICMTS 2027
Several dozen subject matter experts from around the world volunteer their time to be members of the ICMTS Technical Program Committee (TPC), which includes reviewing the abstracts submitted for publication. TPC members usually have multiple publications and represent a cross-section of industry and academia.
Each year’s conference is organized by a group of volunteers from the TPC. The Steering Committee, which has a handful of senior representatives from Japan, Europe, and the USA, manages the conference year after year and assists the organizing committee.
